Bear Frolic 2024 was a huge success and we are already hard at work putting together another amazing weekend of bear fun and frolic for you to enjoy.
Mark your calendar because you’ll want to be ready to party with your fellow bears on the weekend of March 28-30, 2025!
We have booked the ballrooms at the Courtyard Ottawa Downtown in the ByWard Market for our exclusive use all weekend.
We will also be returning to Splash Wave Pool for a fun pizza and pool party and we’re putting together some great social activities for you to fill your weekend including supper together at Lone Star (VIB ticket holders only), brunch at Tucker’s Marketplace, Bear Bingo and a Mr. Ottawa Bear Competition as well as some live entertainment and fun games.

If you’re able to volunteer to help out during the weekend, please visit our Volunteering page. We need people to help with setup and tear-down, to staff the welcome desk and to be hall monitors during the dance night along with many other positions.
