A full weekend of activities like Bear Frolic doesn’t happen by itself. We need volunteers to help make it a success and this is your opportunity to help out and make a difference.

We need people who are willing to take shifts helping out in the following areas:

• Event setup and tear-down/cleanup (Dance, Bingo/MOB, Pool Party)
• Registration/welcome desk
• Bus coordinator for pool party
• Mr. Ottawa Bear coordinator, competitors and stage hands
• Gogo Bear coordinator
• Gogo Bear dancers
• Bear games setup/cleanup
• Dance event chaperones
