Not at all. Hotel reservations are not required. However, not having to worry about getting home after a fun
night is always the safest way to party.
Yes, all events can be purchased separately. However, purchasing a VIB package saves you money and
also has a few extra perks.

Yes, parts of the event will raise funds for Northern Lights Refuge.
Only if tickets are still available. November’s Bear Frolic sold out several days in advance of the event.
All purchases except merchandise can be refunded 7 days in advance of the event minus a $5 credit
card processing fee.

Casual attire is just fine for all events except bear splash and the dance on Saturday. Bear splash requires
a swim suit that covers both the front and back. Fetish wear is permitted at Saturday’s dance party. No
frontal nudity is allowed at any time. Remember to cover up your back side when walking in the public areas of the hotel.
A clothes check for charity will be available.
Both Friday and Sunday buffets will include a vegetarian and gluten free option. The pizza party on Saturday will offer a salad for those who are gluten intolerant.
If you have a specific dietary restriction that we haven’t addressed, please let us know either by email or by entering it in the notes field when you order your tickets and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Yes, the Holiday Inn has a large parking lot and it’s free for everyone.
A continuous bus service will be provided to the pool facility. If you would like to drive, there is lots of
free parking at the pool, which is only 3.5km away from the host hotel.

There will be photographers and videographers throughout the weekend. We use these photos/videos to promote future Bear Frolic events.
If you do not want your image used in promotional material, please inform the photographer/videographer to not include you in their work.
Of course we have no control over people’s personal devices, so your picture may appear with or without your permission in people’s social posts. When purchasing your ticket to any of the Bear Frolic events, you understand your image may be used without your permission.
